Whether you like it or not, the presence of music streaming is completely changing the music industry.
Besides giving audio geeks something to talk about, online music streaming is the latest industry-changing phenomenon not unlike MTV in the 1980s, and Napster at the turn of the 21st century.
Music sharing started turning the music industry upside down in the early 2000s, and now listeners feel that the music should be free. This is a major hit on album sales, though we cannot just stop it.
